Rose-Anne Charles was called to the Dominica Bar in 2003. She has a Master’s Degree in International Law and Development from the University of Nottingham in the United Kingdom. She is a National Scholar and a Chevening Scholar. She has worked both in the public service and in private practice and effectively represents individual clients as well as companies and other business entities.
Rose-Anne Charles has wide experience in law including Environmental Law, Foreign Direct Investment, International Trade Law, Civil Litigation, Family Law, Succession/Probate, Property law, Conveyancing, Company law and Corporate Management.
